FLAT RACKS

The flat racks are an all steel construction. This design has proven to be durable under the demanding requirements of large round and square bale hauling. Sturdy formed siderails prevent snagging on doorjams,etc. All end gates are removable. Front and rear slant end-gates are standard. Standard width is 8'5",

CHECKER PLATE FLOOR

Checkerplate floor is a durable non-perforatedfloor.It is a popular choice for fruit or vegetable bins being loaded and unloadedwith forklifts.

MESH FLOOR

The open design of heavy 7 gaugegrating floor discourages chaff build-up.16" crossbar spacing provides good floor support.

STEEL BOARD FLOOR

The steel board floor will not damagetwine or net wrap whenbales are pushed acrossthefloor. Gaps betweenthe boardsallow chaff to drop down.

COMBO BALE RACK

The Combo Bale Rack is a combination round and large square bale rack. Crossbars are spaced at 16” centres to carry all sizes of large bales on an open floor. A tubular side rail provides extra strength.

The Combo Bale Rackis available in five lengths at a width of ft. 4 inches.

The 20 ft. & 25 ft. models have 8” main beams,the 30 ft. uses 10” main beamsandthe 32 ft. & 36 ft. has 12" main beamsfor greater rigidity.

ALL-STEEL, ADJUSTABLE & NON-ADJUSTABLE BALE RACKS

The non-adjustable racks are of all-welded construction and available in various lengths and widths for different size and numberofbales.

Adjustable racks have movable cross members which can be set anywhere along the entire length of the rack. Clamping methodis simple and rigid and easily adjustable. Cross members are removable for shipping or storage.
